The poet T.S. Eliot has written
"The river is within us." I use writing as a reflective tool, a problem-solving tool, and a creative expression.
As I refined my own writing, I developed the ways to help others find "the river" within themselves. Capturing memories is a source of joy for some writers; but
for other writers, the recording of memories is an act of courage. Those who sort through their memories and
express them in writing are beginning an important journey. Some take that journey to reach clarity for themselves;others
leave the result of their journey for posterity. Again, T.S. Eliot says
it well: "We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time." Read
my books, and call upon me if we can travel a road or two together on that important journey.
